The joys of jet-lag - when I sent out the note last night on the IEEE call for comment on "Recommended Practice for Digital Rights Expression Languages" I mis-read 30 June for 30 July as the deadline for comments - thanks to Merrilee Proffitt for alerting me. So - the deadline has passed. I'd still urge you to touch base with Robbie Robson if you have a strong interest in this issue, if only to stay informed about it. David
