A quick look at that site and it looks like it was made with MediaWiki. Looking for info about setting up ssl with PHP might be a bit of a red herring. I don't think there's anything special about ssl and php. It depends on the web server that's providing it. I'd recommend looking for documentation on enabling ssl with MediaWiki. Also check out his webserver documentation. SSL can be a bit confusing to set up, but there's a decent amount of info out there. Jonathan T.
