We have always suspected our ILS vendor did not particularly like working with the needs of their non-English speaking customer base. (We had that suspicion in part from the fact that almost nothing that had to do with Scandinavian characters really became right.) Now, rumour has it, they named the test server they used for testing those things "nightmare".
