Hi, I'm the developer on the Skidmore Reserves system. The idea of the system is to tie reserves in to the Registrar's databases and authentication systems to provide personalized, seamless reserves with a fairly conservative interpretation of Fair-Use. I would love to do a PHP version, but considering the customizable nature of the system and the fact that it is pretty robust, it would be a big project.
