DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT BASICS - FINAL CALL FOR TRAINERS The Library of Congress and the Association for Library Collections & Technical Services (ALCTS) is seeking trainers for a new training initiative. BACKGROUND In November 2000, the Bicentennial Conference on Bibliographic Control for the New Millennium was held to bring together authorities in the cataloging and metadata communities to discuss outstanding issues involving improved discovery and access to Web resources. The Cataloger's Learning Workshop (CLW) has been established as a clearinghouse for cataloging and metadata training.
