So, Jeffrey and Rob Casson have discovered the "feature" that you must
fill out your profile information (or, at the very least first name
and last name, I think) in order to vote.

While we won't actually hold your vote against you (although if you
voted for "Better Living Through Hierarchy", I know who you are and
you might want to start sleeping with one eye open), much like
elections in the United States (in theory, anyway), you need to have a
valid registration to vote.

Sorry about the inconvenience (and lack of help text).
