Loosely quoting two notes Jeremy Frumkin sent to the conference planning list: All of the pre-conference slots have been filled. There is no official waiting list for pre-conference slots. If folks who didn't get in are interested in getting on a waiting list for pre-conference sessions, please contact OSU conference services (contact info on your registration confirmation email), and they will start creating an official list. </quote> There has also been some rumbling about "unofficial" pre-conferences but nothing concrete has developed yet. If nothing else, those of us who are uncommitted on the 25th can congregate informally around laptops in local brewpubs or cafes or libraries. -Mike
