*WHAT:*The sixth Luna Philosophie will have Tom Cochrane, of NASA Ames
Research
Center, at Yahoo Brickhouse in San Francisco.  He will be discussing Virtual
Reality System Engineering Environments for the Space Program.

Tom Cochrane of NASA Ames Research Center will be at the Yahoo Brickhouse

an evening of food, drink, and learning.

Building on the tradition of SimCity and SimEarth, engineers at
NASA have built SimStation, SpaceStation:SIM, and SimCEV, virtual
environments for browsing and understanding real human space flight systems
environments.  They are also currently developing an architecture trades
viewer,
SimConstellation, for NASA's plans to return to the Moon.  Come see demos of
these virtual environments being developed for the space program.
