Dear Colleagues, The Spring Forum room block at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis is filling up quickly. The night of Wednesday, April 30th, is sold out. There are other hotels in short walking-distance from the Hyatt, including: * Millennium Minneapolis Hotel <http://tinyurl.com/2l2td4> * Hilton Minneapolis <http://tinyurl.com/2trc3u> * DoubleTree Minneapolis <http://tinyurl.com/2kjr2y> I've received reports from people having difficulty attaining the contract rate of $149/single or double occupancy when making reservations online for the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis. The Hyatt's system has a technical limitation in that if you include the night of 4/30 in your date range (which is sold out), it won't provide the contract rate for any other nights. One workaround is to initially exclude the night of 4/30, and make a separate reservation for that night if available. Another is to call +1-800-233-1234 and make the reservation over the phone. Don't forget to mention "Digital Library Federation" to receive the contract rate on nights it is available. With all the paper proposals in, the Program Committee is preparing to review the submissions and plan the program. The Forum program will be posted on the website within the next couple of weeks.
