Seb, The last time I built an application using the Google Java API the documentation stated a limit of 1,000 queries per day, which was in 2005. It probably hasn't changed, although I'm not sure. Perhaps a way around that is to cache queries into another file and then first query the cache before sending a query to Google. I guess that the idea is not to have cover images stored locally because of the size of the files, however.
