A couple of other options, depending on what you need (JEuclid will probably do what you need). I haven't had to do this on a big project, but I had MathML I needed in laTeX (created images I needed from that). There's a nice converter at from MathML to TeX at https://webwork2.math.ohio-state.edu/xalan/index.php You may also check out this post from Oxide interactive.
