Yeah, I had recently noticed indepedently, been unhappy with the way a COinS "title" shows up in mouse-overs, and is reccommended to be used by screen readers. Oops. But I think it's still worth putting in, until we come up with something better. COinS is one of the few useful micro-standards that actually is in use in our infrastructure.
