She told me that they were working on open-sourcing the client portion of their ILL software, but had no firm dates for a release. This was apparently going to be a Liblime/Relais partnership thing, but the link to more information in the blog post (http://blogs.liblime.com/open-sesame/archives/85) leads to a news item that no longer exists.
