But you need to divide this by population (population comes from
Wikipedia) - which gives you:

Vancouver: 1 brew pub per 30593 people
New Haven: 1 brew pub per 31000 people
Bloomington: 1 brew pub per 10322 people.

This makes Bloomington the clear choice.
