This is probably a little more than you're looking for but CLIR published a report on archival management systems a couple years back: http://www.clir.org/pubs/reports/spiro2009.html Lisa Spiro also maintains a wiki that lists archival management systems here: http://archivalsoftware.pbworks.com/FrontPage I'm pretty sure her list indicates systems or components of systems that handle publishing EAD files on the Web.
