Wayne, I presented at the last Code4Lib about migrating Millennium to Koha: http://code4lib.org/conference/2010/walls. (video at http://www.archive.org/details/BecomingTrulyInnovativeMigratingFromMillenniumToKoha-IanWalls ) The scripts can be used to just extract the XML data, or extract and convert to MARCXML.
