Thanks for the annotations Jodi - this is my first Code4Lib so I'm
kind of playing it by ear  ;-)

I think Nov. 19th as a deadline for preconference proposals is fine,
that should give the locals time to set up rooms ahead of December 1,
when registration is set to open.
