December 8 Hello All, The outcome of the doodle poll shows that more people can join a call on December 8 at 11 AM Eastern time than any of the other days that week. Please put this on your calendar, and hopefully most of you can join the call. As for a standing time for our monthly meetings, let's plan to make them the first Wednesday of each month at 11 AM Eastern. After a few months, we will reevaluate this day and time to see how well it is working. If this time completely blocks anyone from participating, please let Abbie and me know right away. Abbie and I are working on finalizing a draft of the meeting minutes and the Charter for our working group.
