Pragmatic Bookshelf, publisher of the canonical Rails books, among other useful titles. [ But I don't mean to add work for you, a buncha cool titles from O'Reilly is probably sufficient loot, it's just that when I tried thinking of O'Reilly titles to suggest, I realized all the recent technical books I've purchased have been Manning or Pragmatic instead].
