I'm attaching the latest version of our group's scope statement put together
by Jimi and I, based on last meeting's great feedback. We can review this
during Monday's meeting, as well as brainstorm some more about the work
we're proposing. If you're not able to make that meeting please send any
feedback you have back to this mailing list or if you prefer to just Jimi or
