Good evening, TPDL 2011 (International Conference on Theory and Practice of Digital Libraries - September 26-28 Berlin) is planning to host a small number of highly focused panel discussions. Panels should be lively, controversial, and provoke discussion on a specific topic of interest to the community. Panel sessions should not consist of paper presentations, but should have plenty of discussion engaging the audience. A two-page abstract of the tutorial will be included in the proceedings. The proceedings will be published as a volume of Springer's Lecture Notes on Computer Science (LNCS) series <http://www.springer.com/lncs <http://www.springer.com/lncs> > . The submissions will undergo peer review and will be selected by the Panel Programme Committee.
