I had used the wiki to comment in the last round, but I can summarize
here. As I recall, there were some discussion and suggested edits
around transparency that hadn't been fully captured in the documents
(or the notes circulated). Some of these are now in the current
revision, but some aren't, specifically:

- In Membership... committing to transparency generally in operations;
and specifically  being transparent about criteria/review of
membership application; and providing transparency of working group
activity by putting  the draft work plans, work products (etc.)
on-line for the membership
- In Values... committing to transparency in general and to open
licenses in particular as part of "exchange"

The wording could be word-smithed in a variety of ways, but having
some express and specific commitment to transparency would be valuable
-- both as an additional nudge to operating in a diverse,
community-based way, and as a defense against possible perceptions of
"clubbish"-ness.
