Hi Jimi,

Thanks for putting this together. I think it very much captures what we have
been working towards and sets forward some of our hurdles and next steps.

I think you mentioned that as part of the broader discussions between the
partners there will be an effort to determine the degree of openness on the
wiki that may or may not be granted to non-NDSA groups/institutions that get
invited to participate on an action team. Is this still on the table?

I am preparing to send out some correspondence to several groups to invite
their eyes and edits on the DDP/OAIS material. Many of them are NDSA
members. A handful are not (e.g., overseas libraries/groups/projects/etc.).
What do you think the prospects or process might be for setting up "guest"
user accounts? Or does it seem more likely that wiki work will be reserved
for working group members only?
