Editing the interface to allow non-logged in people to view ballots isn't something I have the time or energy for (it would be much faster for you to request a password change at: http://code4lib.org/user/password). In the past, we generally aggregated the designs on the wiki, which seems like the best solution for future access to all of the designs. -Ross.
