Just to quickly chime in - The management of registered attendees is really up to the host; as Elizabeth states, this becomes a logistics issue, and based on my experience hosting the conference, there are a number of factors that the host needs to take into consideration in regards to cancelled registrations. At this stage in the game, I find it perfectly reasonable to not make any changes in the registrations. In the event that someone cancelled, I would still think that the host would then determine the process for filling the open slot (if possible) - hence the waiting list. -- jaf ------------------------------------------------------------ Jeremy Frumkin Assistant Dean / Chief Technology Strategist University of Arizona Libraries +1 520.626.7296 [log in to unmask] ------------------------------------------------------------ "I dream of a world where chickens can cross the road without having their motives questioned" On 1/31/12 9:41 AM, "Elizabeth Duell" <[log in to unmask]> wrote: >We are within 3 working days of the start of a national >conference.
