**_Manager, Library Technology and Innovation _** [Singapore Management University (SMU](http://www.smu.edu.sg/)) is a dynamic young university with a reputation for high quality education, outstanding research and excellent community engagement both on local and international level. Set up as Singapore's first private university offering a style of education modelled after The Wharton School, SMU occupies a state-of- the-art city campus located in the heart of Singapore's civic, cultural and business districts. The position provides strategic directions and professional leadership in the assessment of new and emerging technologies to achieve SMU's teaching, learning and research goals. The key accountability for this position is to define and recommend workable, forward-thinking and innovative ICT strategies and solutions to ensure that SMU Library maintains its competitive advantage through the deployment of technology. The position reports to the University Librarian and is required to work closely with all Library teams, the SMU's Integrated Information Technology Services (IITS) and various vendors.
