I use QuickMark [1] for my scanning. The company has been around at least since I had a WinMo5 phone and used it on there. It does pretty much any code I've tried, shares to everything, and keeps a nice history. My only annoyance is that the free version doesn't start on the scanner. There's an in-app purchase to unlock that and other features. I have used one wireless but can't remember the name of it. A quick search on the Android market [2] pulls up a few; the first one by ID-SOFTWARE looks pretty nice and they claim it will scan to any OS.
