Hi Jimi,

I can add logos to either the header or footer of the survey. Instead of the large national Digital Stewardship Alliance words on the top it might look nice to have the NDSA logo on the top left and the Standards logo on the top right. I could add the text Standards & Practices Working group since the logo doesn't include that. This reminds me that we should also say in the intro text that we are conducting the survey. I guess that was so obvious to us we didn't think to include it! The only thing about making the logo a link is that they might navigate away from the survey - that's not catastrophic though. The survey will remember where the person left off if they do come back to the survey, but we may not want to tempt them to leave it. At the very end of the survey we can choose where to send the person. Currently it is sending them to a standard thank you for completing the survey page. If we had a page on the NDSA site to send them to we can do that instead. It just should have some text on the page that lets them know they have completed the survey.
