Actually, you don't even need to filter on subject line (which might filter out something like this thread). Jobs posted through jobs.code4lib.org (vs an individual) all come from [log in to unmask] so all you have to do is filter emails from that specific email. Like most, I think it's great to have these posted to the mailing list for all the previously mentioned reasons.
