A dedicated and enthusiastic Digital Records Officer is required to work on
Information Management Projects at King's College London. This post will focus
on implementing the College's Research Data Management Framework to meet our
responsibilities as a research intensive institution and ensure we comply with
funders requirements and best practice in this area. Library Services work
closely with our ITS colleagues to align all of the technological and
information initiatives with the objectives outlined in the College's 10-year
Strategic Plan

  
The College is committed to managing its research data as efficiently as
possible for legal and practical reasons and brings together multi-
disciplinary staff to achieve this. This post will work with team members to
deliver a range of improvements to research data management practices at
King's.

  
You will also contribute to the wider programme of the Information Management
team, getting involved in projects such as digital archiving and data quality
improvements.

  
Applicants should have a relevant qualification (e.g. Information technology,
records & information management, archives studies), excellent IT and
appraisal skills and an efficient and organised approach to work. Equality of

Salary The appointment will be made within the Grade 5 scale, currently
£28,327 to £32,445 per annum, including London Allowance.
