REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS FOR 
Historic Archives Project
The Town of Hingham, through its Historical Archives Task
Force,requests proposals from qualified archivists to
develop a masterplan for cataloging and preserving town
documents as described inthe scope of services, in
accordance with this Request for Proposals("RFP").
Proposals should be submitted in a sealed envelope marked
"HistoricArchives Project", cost proposals must be in a
separate sealedenvelope marked "Historic Archives Project
Cost Proposal". Proposalsmust be received at the Town
Administrator's Office, Hingham TownHall, 210 Central
Street, Hingham, MA 02043 by 3:00 pm, October 11,2012. No
late proposals shall be accepted. No faxed proposals shall
beaccepted. The Town reserves the right to reject any or
all proposalswhen it deems it to be in the best interest of
the Town.
