Hello colleagues! Below you'll see a link to a Doodle poll for our October NDSA Standards WebEx. Please fill it out at your earliest convenience so that I can get the WebEx reserved. I have accepted a position as Archivist with Hampshire College in beautiful Amherst, MA. I'm very excited about this position and hope to help Hampshire do great things with their amazing collections. I've greatly enjoyed being the co-chair of this working group and I've learned a lot at the LOC but now it's time for me to start applying this learnin' in the trenches! We at the LOC are working to find a replacement for me as your co-chair. We are hoping to get this in place before our October WebEx so we can bring the new co-chair up to speed and introduce them to you all. We want to make sure the work of the Standards group goes forward unimpeded. I'm committed to making the transition as painless as possible for all of you and for our new co-chair. It's worth noting that Hampshire is an NDSA member so I will still be in the family! I will keep you all posted! Looking forward to speaking with you all in October.
