QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: GS-06 - Candidates must have had one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) to perform successfully the duties of the position as described above, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. Examples of specialized experience for this grade level include: planning, coordinating, leading, and/or directing the activities of a group or team of employees performing digital imaging related activities (e.g. preparing documents for digital scanning, scanning paper documents; reviewing converted electronic documents for quality assurance; and verifying and keying document indexes); making work assignments and distributing work to subordinates, providing instruction and training when necessary; evaluating performance and ensuring quality; resolving problems and recommending solutions; preparing and maintaining reports and production records; utilizing information technology systems and tools to respond to customers, and analyzing operations.
