OK, I've added some more links and reorganized things a bit. I added sections for other independent library organizations (like Project Blacklight) as well as a section for individuals. I think the resource could be more useful with some indication of what kind of thing you'll see at the other end of the links, but that might be more maintenance than anyone wants to do.
