Coincidentally, I happened to notice this today. In case some code4libber in chicago for the conference feels like playing with it, someone has just released a ruby gem with ruby wrapper for CTA API (who even knew there was one?), apparently allowing realtime tracking of busses, among other things. https://github.com/fbonetti/cta-api
