Technical Support Analyst/Customer Service position for library automation vendor. Duties include (but not limited to): troubleshooting, researching, and resolving product issues for customers in the areas of client, server, integration, and inoperability; server operating system (Solaris, Linux, AIX, and Windows); Oracle databases; and other third party products. Working with internal teams and supporting customers; documenting problems; serving as point of contact to answer and relay calls; helping to improve products and internal processes.
