Dear NDSA Members, I have had a few requests for a copy of the survey questions that members can use to gather responses to all the questions before submiting them online. To that end, feel free to use the attached document to pull together and internaly share and review your responses before having someone from your organization submit them through the survey form. The survey asks some technical questions and would be best answered by someone from your organization that has a broad understanding of your storage system. It is estimated that the survey will take 15-30 minutes to complete. Responses will inform a report the Infrastructure group is drafting and will only interpreted and reported in aggregate.
