Subject: Comment on the Draft 2014 National Agenda for Digital Stewardship

Dear NDSA,

Please find attached the draft version of the 2014 National Agenda for Digital Stewardship. This research and action agenda has been written by the Coordinating Committee and the working group co-chairs and reflects the thoughtful and detailed conversations that the working groups had about what digital preservation issues are most pressing.

The document outlines the challenges and opportunities in digital preservation and offers inspiration and guidance and suggest potential directions and areas of inquiry for research and future work in digital stewardship. The _Agenda_ is written to provide funders and other decision-makers with insight into emerging technological trends, gaps in digital stewardship capacity, and key areas for development.
