Thanks to the efforts of Jay Lurker, Jonathan Rochkind, and Adam Constabaris, Solr analyzer filters to normalize ISBNs (to ISBN13s) and LCCNs are now cleaned up and ready to work with Solr 4.x. I've extracted the code into a new repo, shined up the README, and provided a .jar for download and instructions on what to do with it.
