Yes! The Best Practices Exchange is a yearly event. It is strongly oriented towards emerging practice in state- and local- government, but there has also traditionally been excellent participation from the Federal, academic and private sectors.

The conference moves around the country each year to enable regional participation. This year's it's Salt Lake City. 

And Salt Lake City is pretty happening:
