The FGDC dataset crosswalk lays out the dataset managers and the stewarding agencies for different geospatial data themes across the Federal government. The A-16 Supplemental Guidance provides background on the development and purpose of the themes. I've also attached the latest draft of the FGDC's Users/Historical Data Working Group draft "Guidance on the Selection and Appraisal of Geospatial Content of Enduring Value" document discussed during the call.
