At Cornell we are developing a Blacklight based discovery interface over Voyager (currently in beta [1]). We are planning to migrate the LMS to Alma yet provide continuity in our discovery environment through the Blacklight based discovery interface. IMO, the notion of separating the "stock control system" (LMS) from the discovery interface (which will talk to LMS and other systems) is very important in allowing us flexibility to create an integrated experience and to add local "special sauce".
