I think you should be able to do this:

{rss:url=http://someURL\|max=someNumberToShow\|titleBar=true}

At least, that's what I dug up from an old Confluence page of ours. Not
sure if there's some plugin that needs to be turned on for it to work,
though -- I'm definitely not a Confluence guy.
