Library Automation Manager EBSCO Information Services Ipswich The Library Automation Manager serves as EBSCO's primary contact with integrated library system (ILS) vendors in order to build electronic interfaces with EBSCO. The Library Automation Manager is the company expert in regards to electronic data interchange (EDI), working with customers as well as other EBSCO staff members to outline integration requirements, advise on integration projects, educate regarding integration processes, and troubleshoot integration challenges. The Library Automation Manager must be able to travel up to 40% of the time, must be an expert in EBSCO order processing, and must have a working familiarity with multiple ILS systems.
