Apologies for cross-posting.

The National Digital Information Infrastructure and Preservation Program at the Library of congress is conducting a survey on Personal Digital Archiving (PDA) practices in libraries, archives, museums and other public service information organizations.

The "NDIIPP/NDSA Survey on Personal Digital Archiving in Public Service Libraries, Archives and Museums" looks to assess the use of current NDIIPP PDA materials while gauging the interest and capability of public service organizations to provide PDA guidance, resources and training.

The survey is open to any organization with an interest in PDA issues. We're especially interested in participation from public libraries and academic libraries with a public service mission.

The survey is available at

https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/MGHFV86

Further background on the survey can be found in the "Public Service Libraries and Personal Digital Archiving" post on the Signal blog: http://blogs.loc.gov/digitalpreservation/2014/04/public-service-libraries-and-personal-digital-archiving/

The survey will be open through May 16. Please forward this announcement to any other mailing lists, groups or interested parties.

Thank you in advance for your participation and support.
