Let's not dwell on any single reply in this thread - that tends to make people uncomfortable, and not something I want to be a part of. We have a lively and interesting discussion going and we've also gained some new insights as to how some subscribers are using this list and for what reasons. I think the main point discovered so far is that the job postings are considered far more important by the overall community than some of us previously suspected (myself included).
