Hey Ian, The INN-Reach Circulation Daemon runs on 6601 so I might try that first. However, Kyle is right -- I grilled them on this about a year ago interested in ILLiad/Ares integration and they don't really support NCIP for customer implementations. They plan to with Sierra after which it may be available as a 'product' for Millennium.
