A reminder that you need a code4lib wiki account to submit a proposal. If you don't have one yet it doesn't take long, just send me an email at [log in to unmask] Wiki accounts are separate from code4lib.org accounts, which are used by the voting system. If you register at http://code4lib.org/user/register someone will approve your account in a day or two. If you have any login problems let me know and we'll get it sorted out.
