We use CORAL as our ERM and Drupal for our website. I have configured a feed importer from the Feeds module to ingest an xml list of our databases from CORAL and create nodes with all of the necessary information. I then have a couple of Views that take that information and let users filter by title alphabetically or by the subject area. Any time the data gets updated in CORAL it gets updated in Drupal an hour or so later.
