Lead Information Technology Specialist (Web Metrics) (Vacancy #: 150162) Library of Congress Washington, D.C. The Web Metrics Team Lead serves as a Senior IT Specialist within a specialized team that produces and analyzes web metrics for the Library of Congress website(s) and social media channels. The incumbent serves as a Team Lead in a group that works with existing metrics and survey tools, researches new products and services, and analyzes survey and web traffic data. The Web Metrics team is responsible for quantitative and qualitative data analysis, producing reports, developing dashboards, and creating and presenting formal and informal metrics-focused presentations. The team also configures and maintains enterprise metrics tools, including technical troubleshooting, and creates documentation. The team provides internal customer support for metrics tools, and explains and translates report data for internal end-users.
